It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping rates determined on this site apply to postage in Australia only. For international buyers, please contact Block Coffee for exact shipping costs. If you are an international customer and the website proceeds with payment we will contact you (by email or phone) to inform you of additional postal charges that may apply. 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@blockcoffee.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Include a link for customers to track their order if available.

COFFEE RETURNS

Our roasters have strict quality control systems which means all coffee must meet their high standards before selling it to wholesale clients. Because of this, we do not accept returns on coffee. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase so if you experience any issues with your coffee or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at info@blockcoffee.com.au.
